Valentines Pics

Ok so this is a short and sweet post. My mom treated us to Valentines Pictures and it just totally reassured me why I don't have 5 million professional pictures of my kids. Holy cow getting all three of them to look in the same direction with at least a half smile on their face! Yeah right. So here are the few that were at least ok to put in their scrapbook to document this holiday in their life. So this time I am sticking to my guns....I am not having their pics taken again until they are 18! Hahaha....enjoy!

Where do I start????

This is absolutely horrible of me....I haven't posted in so long I don't even know where to begin. I guess I am going to have to do a rough update, I will enclose lots of pictures as I go, so bear with me. Let's see here, It is almost the end of February (I simply can't believe it!) and our little Maxx, who just isn't so little anymore turned 4 months old on the 9th. As a tribute to his 4 month birthday I decided to do his monthly weigh in and boy oh boy was I shocked. My little sumo wrestler, weighed in at 14 pounds even and is 24.5 inches long. What a chunker...but I couldn't be happier. He has the chubbiest cheeks and when he smiles it is enough to melt even the toughest heart! Another big step for this little guy, we celebrated his baptism on January 31st. It was a really nice evening, with lots of family and friends and he has the most wonderful Godparents, Dave and Danielle Pontecorvo our good friends from Vegas. Ok, so lets move on to the twins. Kole and Kady are getting ready to celebrate their 3rd birthday. I know...time flies when we are having fun. They are just a ball of fun. For those of you who know me well, I swore that I would never have a themed character party as I think they are just obnoxiously overbearing, but my gosh, when we got the birthday party catalog in the mail (oh and a big thanks to the birthday express company for sending me two at the same time....someone over there must have twins cause it made life great on this end!) well, the minute they saw all of the themes they went nuts. I believe before we narrowed it down Kole wanted a Mickey Mouse, Firetruck, Monster Truck, Pirate, Skateboard party with a black train and track for his friends to ride in our backyard. Oh and not to mention he wanted a real firetruck with a ladder to come to his party! Kady made her party decision on a Minnie Mouse, Princess, Pirate, Hello Kitty Party. It was so funny to see them get excited for each other. They made their final decisions though and Kole is doing firetrucks and Kady is having a princess party. Now I just need to figure out how to make a firetruck and princess castle cake and we will be set. We have been hanging close to home the last few weeks so as far as pictures go they are mostly of family, but a few cute ones to share are of Kady and her best friend Uncle Mikey......

And a picture for the senior yearbook if I don't say so myself. Kady has totally been into dressing up and when Wade left for the river for a boys weekend, Danielle and I were sitting on the couch talking and Kady came out and gave us a fashion show...this is what graced us!

I swear I don't think I have ever wanted to laugh so hard in my entire life! She is in her own little world that one.

Kole has pretty much just been layin low. He is just one of those boys that just goes with the flow. I guess I am a horrible mom as I don't have a bunch of pics of him but I do have one that just makes Wade cringe....so I suppose I will share. Here is a picture of Kole trying to get in on the dress up action!

Besides this, Kole is very into firetrucks and playing hard in the backyard. He is the sweetest little guy and always willing to give me a helping hand doing almost anything. He is a great big brother and looking forward to starting school. I will be posting more pics of him as I get them downloaded on my computer. (Not only have I been slacking in the blogging dept. but in the photo dept as well!)

This next picture please don't mind the way I look but it is one of the few pics of just mommy and her kids! Since I am the one behind the camera at the family functions and activities I am rarely in any of the pics. So this is one that I just love!

This is pretty much a quick catch up of the end of January early February. It has gone by so fast I can hardly keep up. But we are having a great time on this end and just enjoying everyday. We hope all of our blogging fans are doing the same!
