Ok, so I know that I am super behind on this bloggin' thing but I tell you....I didn't realize that 3 kids, birthday parties, dance class and keepin' up on the home life kept one this busy! I mean....where is the quiet computer time to update all of our loyal fans! (ok, so maybe there is only a handful of fans but that handful of people are important to us!) So, I know I am not going to get every event that I wanted to get on here so I will give you a round about of information.
Kole and Kady turned 3 on March 5th. They celebrated their birthday with some fellow friends, a bounce house and their very own cakes. Kole with explicit instructions, so kindly asked me if he could have a firefighter cake. Now how could I possibly say no to that request. SO I hunkered down and thought of the best darn way to make a firetruck cake for my little man. Kady is totally easy and all she wanted to do was help make the cakes. They were both completely spoiled by friends and family and I can't believe that 3 years ago we were stumbling over our own feet trying to remember which one we just fed and who needed to be changed. Time flies when we are having fun!

Update on the chunky man! (and I say it with the biggest smile on my face!) He is 6 months old and is weighing in at 18 pounds! We have had a setback with him as far as developmental goals are concerned, and with the help of a great family friend she has helped get us on the right track with some physical therapy. He has had a problem with picking up his head, turning it from side to side, mid-line grabbing (which is grabbing with both hands to the center of his body) and rolling over. So Maxx and I have been working daily on these excercises and we have mastered everything except rolling over. We haven't quite got that down yet but we are working on it. He started food on his 5 month birthday and man, he loves it! Definately not a fan of peaches or green beans (funny Kole was the exact same) but is loving squash, applesauce, carrots, pears, and his favorite is a tie between peas and garden veggies and for his favorite fruit, by far blueberry and apples! He is a very happy baby when he can see and hear what is going on and nobody make him smile more than Kady. I don't know what it is, but if I ever need him to smile or want to see him happy all you have to do is call on Kady!
Maxx helping Kole celebrate his firefighter themed party!
My precious sleeping baby!
So nosy Maxx, doesn't think he should lay back....as you can tell this was the last time he used the bouncy seat!
Besides this as most of you know, Kady has started dance class and is her second month. She has been wanting to start them and most of the classes that I found had stipulations that you needed to be 3, so I told Kady for her happy happy that she could go to dance class. Well she immediately insisted that she call Nannie (my mom) and let her know that her Happy Happy was coming and Nannie (acting like this was the first she had heard of this upcoming Happy Happy) so patiently asked Kady...."What do you want for your Happy Happy Sweetheart!" (this is also a term Kady has adopted from Nannie, and now when she is on the phone in her room pretending to talk she always says "Hello Sweetheart" and I then ask her who she is talking to and she so quickly informs me....."Shhh...Mom, I am on the phone with Nannie!") Ok, so back to my story, Kady replied to Nannies question with "Class Dance" (aka Dance Class) so of course Nannie say "you bet we will go to Dance class!" Kady tell me, "Momma, Nannie will get it for me!" Thank you Nannie, Love you Bye! and that is where we are today. Papa Vroom and Nannie have been paying for dance class and she loves it more than anything right now!

Kady getting ready for her first dance class! God Bless Miss Natalie for having the patients for a class full of 3 year olds who are more interested at staring at themselves in the mirror than watching her instruction!
I promise more updates to follow! Thank you for your being so patient. We love you all!
